Please arrive early to gain full value from the Networking Hub and to ensure you don’t miss anything. Entry to the event space will only be available in between the TEDx talks and not during.
This is a paperless event so if you need a copy of the agenda you’ll have to print this out.
This is a dedicated space next to the main event area for networking, refreshments and opportunities to connect with the speakers, partners, sponsors and other attendees. Music will be provided by Eb & Sparrow.
You all should’ve received an email about this. Please update your profile with as much information as you desire to ensure you make the most of connecting with the TEDx community (speakers, organisers, sponsors and other attendees).
Your name is used to create you a badge for the day which will also have your own individual QR Code, allowing others to scan and save your profile information in the app (amongst other things).
Only available to attendees of the event—if you didn’t receive email information about the above please get in touch.
Please do bring your phones, laptops, tablets etc
Free wifi will be available and we encourage you to Tweet out throughout the sessions (don’t forget to use #tedxtearo in all related tweets).
Cheap Car Parking
Park at TePapa carpark for just $9 (the whole day) rather than paying $4 an hour. Just swipe your ticket at the validator on the day.
So that’s it.
Make sure you sleep well tonight, for tomorrow, we drench our brains and hearts with some wonderful insightful stories.
